Quick fixes

• The score isn’t showing on my Lock Screen. Open Settings › Top Dost and make sure Live Activities is on. Then open the app, pick a match and tap Start.
• The score stopped updating. Check you’re online. iOS ends a Live Activity after about 8 hours; start following the match again from the app.
• The score is a little behind TV. That’s normal. Scores can be a few minutes behind the live broadcast.
• I don’t see the Dynamic Island view. It only appears on iPhone models that have a Dynamic Island. Other models show the Lock Screen card.
• Refunds. Apple handles all payments. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
